Mrs. Ada C. (Nicholson) Litzinger, 84, of 122 N. Sixth St., Indiana, Pa., died
Tuesday, Feb. 8, 1983, in Indiana Hospital. She was born April 9, 1898, in
Montgomery Township, Indiana County, a daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie
(Ober) Nicholson. A member of Wesleyan Methodist Church of Indiana, she was a
resident of Indiana since 1924. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis
S. Litzinger, in 1960, three brothers, Leroy, Joseph and David and two sisters,
Mrs. Mary Dishong and Mrs. Ollie Rose. Surviving are two sons, Blair, of Derry
and Lloyd E., of Indiana RD 4; one daughter, Mrs. Edward (Naomi) Smith of
Indiana; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Family will receive
friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at
Robinson-Lytle's, 36 N. Seventh St., Indiana, where services will be held at
1:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. William A. Blair officiating. Interment will be
held in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
