Ralph George Lowman, 75, of Blairsville, died Friday, June 30, 2000, at his
home. A son of William and Nellie Lowman, he was born Jan. 31, 1925. Mr. Lowman
was a Navy veteran and was retired from Conrail Railroad as a clerk. He is
survived by his wife, Louise Lowman, Blairsville; three sons: Ron and his wife,
Teresa Lowman, Blairsville; Alan and his wife, Margaret Lowman, Blairsville; and
Jay and his wife, Joan Lowman, Cresco; a daughter, Lyn Bytner and her husband,
Steve, Clymer (Kenwood); two brothers: William D. Lowman, New Castle, Del.; and
John Thomas Lowman, Kimblesville; and nine grandchildren: Dawn, Daniel, Joshua,
Shelly, Michael, Jessica, Heather, Craig and Cody. Memorial contributions may be
made to the Blairsville Volunteer Fire Department, 41 W. Campbell St.,
Blairsville, PA 15717, or your favorite charity.
