Death was due to gangrene, from which he had been suffering for two months. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Jane Lamer and these children: Clair at home; Dalvin of Akron,Ohio ; Blair of Emeigh; Mrs. Mary Fulton of Indiana; Mrs. Cora Campbell of Barnesboro and Mrs. Flossie McMillon of Gipsy. Mr. Lamer was a veteran of the Civil War.
