 Wayne Libengood

 Wayne Charles Libengood, 59,
Blairsville RD 4 (Strangford), died
Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998, at Indian
Haven Nursing Home, Indiana.
 The son of Albert A. and Grace A.
Forsha Libengood, he was born July
23, 1938 in Strangford.
 Mr. Libengood lived his entire life
in Strangford where he attended the
Strangford United Methodist
Church. He graduated from Blairs-
ville High School with the Class of
1957.
 Surviving are a brother, Dale
Libengood, and wife, Delores, Tus-
con, Ariz.; six sisters: Mrs. Robert
(Eileen) Minick, Rustburg, Va.;
Mrs. Irma Olson, Troy, Ohio; Mrs.
Doris Ingram, Grand Prairie, Tex-
as; Mrs. Robert (Sara) Gabelli,
Blairsville RD 4; Mrs. Robert (La-
Donna) McCrea, Blairsville RD 2;
Mrs. Marilyn Yeager, Blairsville
RD 4; several nieces and nephews.
 He was preceded in death by his
parents and a brother, Albert A.
Libengood, Jr.
 Friends will be received at the
Richard L. Shoemaker Funeral
Home, 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville,
on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral
home at 11 a.m. Saturday with
Pastor Don R. Smith officiating.
Interment will be in Blairsville Cem-
etery, Blairsville.
