The daughter of Ralph Austin and Grace Louise Kunkle Rickard, she was born June 10, 1926, in Homer City. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses of Indi- ana. A resident of Creekside for more than 50 years, she was employed as a postal clerk for many years before her retirement in 1989. She also was a wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Leo Lingenfelter; whom she married on Dec. 15, 1945; two sons, Andrew L. and wife, Nancy, Saga- more, and Gregory and wife, Mich- ele, Home; one daughter, Norma L. Felges and husband, William, East Palestine, Ohio; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two sis- ters, Annabelle Kunkle, Youngs- town, Ohio, and Roberta Fairman, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents. Private visitation will be held for members of the immediate family. Friends, neighbors and extended family are invited to attend a memo- rial service that will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 450 East Pike, Indiana. The Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Kingdom Hall.
