A daughter of Jacob Franklin and Keturah McCracken Lowman, she was born in Grant Township. Miss Lowman had lived on East Pike for many years and was of the Protestant faith. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed for 45 years as secretary- office manager for the Quaker State Corp. She was a graduate of Indiana Business College. Surviving are nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers and a sister: Clair, Burt, Guy, Blair, Budd and Dolly. Friends will be received from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Robinson- Lytle's, Indiana, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Paul N.
