Geraldine Mack, 81, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Dilltown, died Wednesday,
Nov. 25, 1998, at Metro General Hospital in Cleveland. The daughter of Robert
Mack and Hazel Groft Dias, she was born March 5, 1917, in East Wheatfield
Township. Mrs. Mack was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Dilltown, and
of the Armagh and Nanty Glo Area Senior Citizens. She is survived by two
daughters, Hazel Mae and her husband, Richard Ressler, Cleveland, and Marguerite
Hayner, Cleveland; Gerald T. and wife Roxann Boring, Walton, W.V.; three sons:
Benjamin A. and his wife, Linda Campbell, Homer City RD 1; Donald J. and his
wife, Gloria Boring, Homer City RD 1; 20 grandchildren and 26 great-
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Benjamin
Thomas Mack, who died March 25, 1997; three sisters: Gwendolyn Hunter, Mariam
McDowell and Lois Marsh; and a brother, Mack Dias. Friends will be received from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, Armagh, where
services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Phillip Mack will officiate
and interment will be in the Armagh Cemetery.
