Mrs. Mary V. McIntosh, 61, of Blairsville, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 1980, at
Latrobe Area Hospital. A daughter of Addison and Margaret Waugaman Forsha, she
was horn May 29, 1919, at Blairsville. Mrs. McIntosh was a member of the First
United Methodist Church, Blairsville. Surviving are a daughter, Miss Mary
Margaret McIntosh, a student at Villa Maria College, Erie, four brothers and one
sister: Paul W. Forsha. and Mrs. Sue Uss, both of Blairsville: Phillip A.
Forsha, Philadelphia. Melvin Forsha, Tarpon Springs, F1a., William Waugaman,
Greensburg. She was preceded in death by her husband. Isaac C. McIntosh on Jan.
30, 1971, and several brothers and sisters. Friends will he received from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Fergusnn-Helm Funeral Home. Blairsville,
where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Dr. B. Tate
Fulton officiating. Interment will be in Blairsville Cemetery.
