Monica McIntosh, 19, Kennesaw, Ga., formerly of Indiana, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 1990, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident while on her honeymoon. The daughter of Harry and Delores Mack, she was born in Indiana. Pfc. McIntosh was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. and was enlisted in the U.S Army for one year. She was a member of the Redlands Community Church, Princeton, Fla. Surviving are her husband, William M. McIntosh IV, whom she married on Aug. 4, 1990; her parents, Homestead, Fla., formerly of Indiana; a sister, Harriett Mack, Homestead, Fla.: her maternal grandfather, Max Steffey, Brush Valley; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mack. Indiana: several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Eleanor Steffey. Friends were received from noon 2 p.m.. the time of services, Aug. 11 at the Hay-Gantt Funeral Home in Georgia, with the Rev. Bill Brooks officiating. Interment was at Westview Cemetery with full military honors.
