Isaac C. McIntosh, 63, 381 S. Stewart St., Blairsville, died Saturday, Jan. 30,
1971, at his home. Born Jan. 13, 1908, in Brownsville, he was a son of Howard H.
and Sara Crawford McIntosh. He was a former teamster and a member of the First
United Methodist Church of Blairsville; American Legion Post 238, Cresson; Moose
LOOM, No. 187, Blairsville; a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife,
Mary Forsha McIntosh; two daughters: Mary Margaret, at home, Mrs. Geraldine
Curtis, Detroit. Mich.; his father, Greensburg; two brothers: Gilbert McIntosh.
Greensburg; Carl McIntosh, Somerville, N.J.; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret
Richards, Miami, Fla., Mrs. Myrtle Horton, Brownsville. The family will receive
friends at the Ferguson-Helm Funeral Home, Blairsville, today and Tuesday from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with the
Rev. John C. Cogley officiating. Interment will be made in the Blairsville
Cemetery, Blairsville.
