Indiana County Gazette Wed, Jan 23, 1907
John Muir died suddenly Thursday morning at his home in Blairsville. He was
convalescing from an attack of typhoid fever and when, at 9 o'clock in the
morning, no sound was heard in his room an investigation was made, resulting in
finding Mr. Muir cold in death.
