RECENT DEATHS



Mrs. John McHenry



A letter was received in Indiana last week announcing the death of Mrs. John 

McHenry, at Miami, Kas., on December 27. Mrs. McHenry left Indiana county with 

her husband many years ago. They were residents of Washington towship [sic] and 

have still many friends and relatives in the county. Mrs. McHenry was aged a 

little over 83 years. The same letter told of the death of the husband of a 

lady whose maiden name was Miss Lavina McHenry. Miss McHenry was formerly a 

dress maker of Marion Center.

I have no additional information on these people, this was on the same page as 

my obituary. I do have a photo copy of the newspaper article.
