J. McNeal Mrs. Mildred Beatty McNeal, wife of L. J. McNeal, died suddenly at her home near New Millport, Pa., Tuesday, October 19, following childbirth. The deceased was born in Pittsburgh and after the death of her parents, made her home with an aunt, Mrs. William Malcolm, of Indiana, Pa., who later moved to Corliss, Pittsburgh, where she resided until a short time previous to her marriage to L. J. McNeal, an overseas veteran. She was of a most loveable disposition and christian character and captivated large hosts of friends wherever she went. The entire community in which she resided mourns her death. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church since early girlhood. Funeral services were held at Fruit Hill Presbyterian Church on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. Nicholson and interment was made in Fruit Hill graveyard. She is survived by her husband and the following brothers: Floyd Arthur Beatty, of Buler; Vernon R. Beatty, of Blairsville; Ralph E. Beatty, of Corliss; Edgar M.
