Mr. Jacob Myers 

  Mr. Jacob Myers, of Indiana, met with an accident on a railroad near 
Alexandria a couple of weeks since, by which he was instantly killed.  
He had been employed during the past season in the capacity of brakeman 
on the road from Alexandria to Falls Church but was recently promoted 
to the position of conductor.  His remains were taken home for 
interment.
