11-1-1944 Indiana Evening Gazette
     Nellie E. Myers, wife of Harvey Myers, of Tipton, died October 26th after 
an extended illness.
     She was the daughter of the late George H. & Elizabeth (Rittenhouse) 
Jeffries and was born August 25, 1890 in Rochester Mills.
     Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Hugh Given at the parental 
home, Saturday, October 28th at 2:30.  Interment was made in Pine Grove 
Cemetery.
     Survivig are her husband, Harvey Myers and the following children: Paul of 
Altoona; Donald, James, William, Ivan & Harvey Jr. of the armed forces; Mrs. 
Edna Varner of Arch Springs, PA; Mrs. Helen Johnson, Tipton, PA; Ruth, Betty, 
Bobby and Jack, at home.  There were also five grandchildren and the following 
brothers and sisters: Mrs. Nola Lydick, Mrs. Dorothy Little, Harold, Mrs. 
Dollie Hess, Jerry, Paul, Mrs. Edna Jamison, Mrs. Isabel Berry, Albert, Robert, 
Mrs. Margaret Gray and Mrs. Georgia Gardner.
