INDIANA EVENING GAZETTE INDIANA PENNSYLVANIA 23 DECEMBER 1908 JONATHAN NEFF Jonathan Neff, said to be the oldest resident of the county, died at his home in Rossmoyne, on Dec. 13. He voted for Henry Clay in 1836 and was always a Republican. At different times he lived on farms near Rossmoyne, Plumville and Smicksburg. Mr. Neff was a mamber of the Mahoning Volunteers for seven years. His wife, formerly Mary Jane Farrnsworth, who is now 90 years old and six sons survive.
