We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Reprinted through the courtesy of the Indiana Gazette Ronald Oswald Sr. Ronald "Ozzie" Eugene Oswald Sr., 57, 295 Old Glory Road, Indiana, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 1997, at the Indiana Hospital. The son of August and Alberta Slaninko Oswald, he was born June 1, 1940 in Josephine. He was a member of the Blairs- ville Eagles, was an avid bowler and was involved in many softball leagues throughout the years. Prior to his disability, Mr. Oswald was employed as a truck driver for Merlo Beer Distributor. Surviving are the following chil- dren: Ronald Eugene Oswald Jr., married to the former Christine Lowman, Indiana RD 6; Arlene Oswald, Indiana; Angela Oswald, Homer City; Rebecca Oswald, Indi- ana; and Jeffrey Oswald, Indiana; nine grandchildren; his mother, Al- berta, Bradenville; brothers and sisters: Nancy, and husband Ray Kinosz, Rockville, Md.; Raymond, and wife Kathy Graham, Josephine; Suzanne, and husband Andrew Cess- na, Shelocta RD 3; his companion, Ginger Bish, Indiana; ex-wife, Mar- tha Lawrence Oswald, Indiana; Aunt Betty Belz and Aunt Catherine Slaninko, both of Bradenville. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Madeline. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. Services will be con- ducted at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Fr. Elmer Kacin- kowill officiate. Interment will follow in St. Francis Cemetery. A tree will be planted in living memory for Ron- aid Oswald Sr.
