Anna Prusak Anna Prusak, 99, of 14 Walcott St., Clymer, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 1994, in the Lakewood Hospital in Lakewood, Ohio. The daughter of John and Mary Prevish Potocek, she was born Dec. 27, 1994, in Lubotin, Czechoslovakia. A homemaker, Mrs. Prusak was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Clymer, and the church's Confraternity of Christian Mothers. Surviving are four daughters: Marie and Anna, both of Lakewood, Ohio; Elizabeth, Fairview Park, Ohio; and Mrs. Anthony (Irene) Krupsky, Long Beach, Calif.; six sons: Michael and wife, Irene; John and wife, Dorothy, all of Lakewood, Ohio; Bernard and wife, Evelyn; Carl and wife, Patricia, all of North Olmsted, Ohio; William, Springfield, Va.; and Thomas and wife, Karen, Allen Park, Mich.; 23 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Prusak, in 1969; two daughters, Margaret and Helen; two sons, Johnie and George and his wife, Marion; two sisters, Susan Woytek and Mary Paydock. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in the Harry J. Bence Funeral Home, Clymer, where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at St. Anthony's Church, clymer, with the Reverends John Butler and Bernard Grega as concelebrants.
