THE TRIBUNE DEMOCRAT Johnstown, Pa
Russell - V. Frn, 71, Jefferson, La., formerly of Johnstown, died May 8, 1986, 
in Johnstown. Born Feb. 28 1915, in Cambria County, daughter of Ewalt and 
Pansy (Davis) Mangus. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, 
Charles John Ringler, second husband, Joseph Russell; one granddaughter; and 
one great-grandson; brother, Edmund Davis; and ister Dorothy Sanders. Survived 
by these children: Joyce (Ringler) Kelley, Cleveland, Ohio; Charles Ringler 
Jr., Florida; and Richard E. Ringler, Sagamore; also 11 grandchildren and 12 
great-grandchildren. Sister of Thelma Fries, Calif., and Mae Briskey, 
Pittsburgh. There will be a private service and interment.
