The accident occurred Wednesday morning about 8 o'clock. A sad feature of the tragic accident is that Mr. Shankle was married about two months ago. He leaves his widow, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Shankle, of Clymer, and these brothers and sisters: Roy Shankle, Mrs. David Wyland, Mrs.William Mock, Mrs. Jesse McManus, Ford and Glen Shankle, all of Clymer, and Gordon Shankle and Miss Delsie Shankle, both of Indiana. The funeral services were conducted at his late home in Clymer on Friday afternoon by the Rev. Moore, of Clymer. The body was taken to the Taylorsville graveyard for interment.
