Mrs. Sara M. Miller Spiaggi, 59, of Blacklick, died Friday, Jan. 4, 1985, in
Indiana Hospital. She was born Jan. 11, 1925, in Bradenville, daughter of the
late Jacob and Katherine Clawson Miller. In addition to her. parents she was
preceded in death by one brother, Denver Miller, in 1981. She was a member of
St. Frances Roman Catholic Church, Graceton, Blacklick Fire Department auxiliary
and VFW ladies auxiliary, Blairsville. Surviving are her husband, Dan Spiaggi of
Blacklick; two sons, Dannie and Bruce of Blacklick; two grandsons; two brothers,
Jonas Miller of Homer City and Valentine Miller of Blairsville RD 3, and one
sister, Mrs. Bernatha Harsh of Blacklick. Family will receive friends from 7 to
9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Richard L. Shoemaker
Funeral Home, Blairsville. Prayer service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Monday in
the funeral home, followed by Mass of Christian Burial, at 10 a.m. in St.
Frances Roman Catholic Church, Graceton, with the Rev. Stah Jasionek as
celebrant. Interment will follow in SS. Simon and Jude Cemetery, Blairsville.
