Helen Schall

 Helen Park Thornton Schall, 87, of
Indiana, died Friday, Dec. 5, 1997, at
the Indiana Hospital.
 A daughter of William and Alice
Barclay Thornton, she was born
May 14, 1910, in Kilmarnock, Scot-
land.
 Mrs. Schall was a member of the
Zion Lutheran Church, Indiana.
 She was a housewife and especial-
ly enjoyed knitting.
 Survlvmg are her husband, Albert
M. Schall, whom she married April
17, 1936.
 She was preceded in death by her
parents; a brother and a sister,
William and Anna Thornton.
 Friends will be received from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Bower-
Minich Funeral Home, Indiana,
where services will be held at 10
a.m. Monday with the Rev. Law-
rence Ruegg officiating. Interment
will be in the Lawn Haven Ceme-
tery, Worthington.
