LELIA KING SLATER. 71, Indiana RD 4, died Tusday, Oct 17, 1995 at her
residence. The daughter of William and Cora Henry King, she was born April
9,1924 in Heilwood. Mrs Slater had lived all her life in Indiana County area.
She was a home maker. Surviving are her husband, James A.Slater Sr; two sons
James A.Jr and William both of Penn Run; three daughters;
Mrs.John(Patricia)Lohr and Judy Slater; both of Indiana; Dolly Slater at home;
nine grandchildren;17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her
parents and one sister,Ione Saint Meklosic. Friend will be received from 2-4
and 7-9 today in Robinson-Lytle's Indiana ,where funeral services will be held
at 10 am Friday with the Rev. Jerald B.Landrey officiating. Interment will be
in Armagh Cemetery
