Andrew Grant Smith, 60 four year resident of Indiana until his removal to Tarentum three years ago died in Alleghany valley hospital at 7:00am Monday from complications following an operation.

 He was a native of Red bank Clarion County. He is survive by his widow Lottie Cox Smith and these children Dewey and Denver at home Ralph Smith of Indiana a Daughter Mabel Harrold Lucerne. He was a brother of Mrs. Margaret Trester Mrs. Mary Soladay both of Lawsonham Pa and Mrs. Bell Mansfield of Manorville. Funeral service will be conducted at Mc Dowell of Tarentum 2:00 Wednesday and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery
