Indiana Messenger, 19 Dec 1916
Dorothy Ruth Tyger, the four-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mabury E .Tyger, of
Canoe township, died on Saturday (Dec 16) of diphtheria. Burial was made in the
Fairview cemetery. A second child, a 2 1-2 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tyger,
died of the terrible disease Saturday. The family lives near Juneau
