C. Miller of Jeannette, will be held to answer the serious charge of having performed a criminal operation and Harry Patterson of Arcadia, Indiana county, will be held as an accessory. The inquest into the death of the young lady was conducted Friday afternoon by Coroner Miller. The testimony aside from that given by the father of the dead girl, who apparently had been kept in ignorance of the girl's condition prior to his having been notified by the doctor at Barnesboro a few days ago, was all of a professional nature, being intended to prove that the girl had died from the effects of malpractice. In the ante-mortem statement, Miss Tyger told that the operation which was responsible for her death had been performed in the office of Dr. Miller of Jeannette and that her expenses at that time and since then had been paid by Harry Patterson.
