ANNA CATHERINE (McCoy) WILSON, 72, of Indiana RD4, died Wednesday June 30, 
1993, at Indiana Hospital. The daughter of the late Donald and Ethel (Grindle) 
McCoy, she was born July 17, 1920 in Hannastown. A housewife, she was married 
to the late James Wayne Wilson who died March 1965. Mrs. Wilson resided in 
Indiana County for the past 39 years. She was a member of AARP; auxiliary of 
Moose Lodge 1260 and the Eagles 1468, both of Indiana; and Indiana senior 
citizens. She bowled for several leagues in the county. Surviving are eight 
daughters: Paticia Wilson, Indiana; Mrs. John (Nancy) Boyer, Blairsville; Mrs. 
Kenneth (Betty) Rodkey, Penn Run; Kathy "Kay" Claycomb, Butler; Mrs. Donald 
(Judy) Henry, Indiana; Mrs. Daniel (Deborah) Akins, Lakeland, Fla.; Mrs. John 
(Karen) Lohr, Homer City; Mrs. Vickie Smith, Indiana; two sons, James, 
Smicksburg, and Richard, Shelocta; 34 grandchildren and 17 great-
grandchildren; two brothers, Robert McCoy, Salem, Ohio, and Patrick McCoy, 
Northfield, Ohio; and six sisters: Mrs. Raymond (Theophane) Balls, 
Lucernmines; Eleanor McCoy, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Vernon (Ruth) Demish, Shelocta; 
Mrs. Doris Hughes, North East; Mrs. Joseph (Ethel) Diliuius, Pittsburgh; and 
Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Hallman, Allen Park, Mich.; and several nieces and 
nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, Roger; 
one daughter, Roberta; two sisters, Dorothy Carnahan and Bernice McCoy; and 
two brothers, Donald and William. Interment will be made in the Greenwood 
Cemetery, Indiana.
