MRS. ELIZA ELIZABETH WILSON LONGNECKER COOK, 81, of Mahaffey, formerly of 
Cherry Tree, died Saturday, April 30 1966 at Miners Hospital, Spangler. A 
daughter of James and Clara Matthew Wilson, she was born March 11, 1885 in 
Brockway. First married to Louis Henry Longnecker, who preceded her in death 
in 1935, she later married Earl Cook who preceded her in death in 1959. Mrs. 
Cook was a member of the Stifflertown EUB Church. Survivors include two 
daughters and one son: Mrs. Essie Bartlebaugh, Arcadia; David Longnecker, 
Cherry Tree R.D.1; Mrs. William (Hazel) Warden, Erie; the following step-
chldren; Lester Cook, Erie; Thomas Cook, North Ridge, Calif.; Alfred Cook, 
Rochester, NY.; Mrs. Mildred Gilchrest, Pittsburgh; one sister; Mrs. Walter 
Kwas, Alantana, Fla.; ten grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and one great-
great-grandchild. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-10 p.m. today at the 
Rairigh Funeral Home, Hillsdale Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery, Cherry 
Tree.
