Married twice.

A1) Miss Mary A Work, missionary teacher in Egypt
A2) Rev. S. Alvin Work, missionary in Egypt
A3) Rev. W. C. Work, of Scottdale
A4) Clarence Work, of Colorado
A5) Mrs. Rebecca Hamilton, of Nebraska

Surviving children of Second Wife:
B1) Miss Anna Work, Salvation Army Captain
B2) Miss Mabel Work, at home
B3) Thomas Work, of Detroit

Funeral services and interment at the Mahoning church cemetery.

of James McCreery and Rebecca Smith. [Note - some histories list 
Isabel/Isabella Smith as Jane's mother, but this has been proven incorrect.]
To this first marriage to Jane McCreery, were the following children:

A3) Rev. W. C. Work - this is Rev. William Cecil Work (b. 07 Feb 1872, d. 25 
Jan 1950), md. 10 May 1900 to Sarah Edith Robinson (b. 30 Aug 1877, d. 13 Jan 
1953).  Sarah Edith Robinson, wife of Wm. Cecil Work, was daughter of George 
Foglesong Robinson, (writer of History of Greene County, Ohio) and Mary Kyle.
A4) Clarence Merle Work (b. 1869 - d. after 25 Jan 1950)
A5) Mrs. Rebecca Hamilton = Rebecca Minna Work (b. 1874 - d. before 25 Jan 
1950)
A6) One child died in infancy: James Edward Work
