03 December 1834. Joseph McPherson, John Hartings, and Robert Harden
jointly and worthy bound
in the sum of three hundred dollars to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
upon condition that the said Joseph McPherson will and truly administer
the goods and chatters rights and creditors of Mary McPherson distribute
according to law bond to make and exhibit into the registers office
at Indiana within thirty days a true and perfect inventory of all
land and the foods and chatters and creditors of credit balances and
make a final settlement calculation and take minus of her land in
compensation within one year or when thereunto usually required the
said Joseph McPherson was duly sworn as administrator and letters
of administration on Mary's estate served in common form to him.
