Indiana Evening Gazette February 1, 1947 Clair E. FORSHA, of 31 East Chestnut Street, Blairsville, died in the Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, yesterday at 3:30 a.m. He was born in Blairsville Sept. 11, 1915, a son of the late Alva FORSHA and Gertrude JAMES. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Gertrude FORSHA, of Blairsville; three sisters--Mrs. Ethel RICHARD, of Atlanta, Ga.; Mrs. Alice ALTEMUS, of Blairsville; Mrs. Ruth AUEN, of Blairsville. A brother, Harry L. FORSHA, of Johnstown, also survives. August 21, 1953 Twenty-one members of the Alvie FORSHA family enjoyed a family reunion at the family home on East Chestnut street. The original family were represented by Mrs. Gertrude FORSHA and daughter, Alice ALTEMUS, of Chestnut street; Harry FORSHA, of Johnstown; Mrs. Ethel RICKARD, of Atlanta, George; and Mrs. Ruth AUEN of Ranson avenue.
