Stephen BERCSENSKI and Salomea VRESILOVICO, both of Graceton. Jabez COOPER and Matilda DIRMAN, both of Blairsville. MARRIED Thomas M. GRIFFITH to Annie M. BOLAR, both of East Wheatfield, on March 11th, in Indiana, PA, by Jas. Fenton, Esq. Elmer CAMPBELL to E. Blanche WOODS, both of West Wheatfield, on March 8th, at the Clawson House, Indiana, PA, by James Fenton, Esq. W. E. FLEMING to Alice STEPHENS, both of Armstrong twp., on March 9th, at the home of Rev. W. J. Wilson, of this place. DEATHS John W. HILL, for many years a resident of this place, was accidentally killed at his home at Fort Worth, Texas, March 10. The dispatch announcing his death was received by his brother- in-law, James M. STEWART, and contained no particulars. Mr. HILL was a son of the late James HILL, of this place, and was aged about 63 years. Deceased and G. P. REED started the True American newspaper in this place and conducted it for a number of years. Mr. HILL sold his interests here in 1868 and went west. He published a paper at Clarinda, Iowa, for some years and afterward located at Beatrice, Nebraska, where he engaged in the newspaper busines for several years. Some five years ago he moved to Texas. He is survived by a wife and two daughters. Deceased was an uncle of James CAMPBELL, of this place, and is the last of the family of James HILL, of whom there were four boys and two girls. Mrs. Lucretia P. KUHN, wife of Andrew KUHN, died at her home in the Third ward on March 12, aged 58 years. She had been an invalid for 20 years, but the immediate cause of her death was cancer of the stomach. She is survived by her husband and one son, W. H. KUHN, of Greensburg. The interment was made in Greenwood cemetery on Monday, the ceremonies being conducted by her pastor, Rev. Lewis Hay, pastor of the Lutheran church. John KRAFT died at the home of his nieces, Misses Mary and Kate HITNER, near this place, on Saturday, March 12, 1898, aged 72 years. Deceased was in bad health for a number of years. He was a consistent member of the Catholic church. William KINKEAD, a prominent merchant of Livermore, died at his home on Sabbath last, May 31, aged about 75 years. Mrs. Susannah RICE died at her home in Wilkinsburg on Sabbath last. She was the widow of John RICE and a daughter of the late William BECK, of this place. The remains were brought here for interment on Tuesday. Mrs. Laura STEPHENSON died at her home at Irwin, Westmoreland county, Tuesday, March 15, 1898, aged about 25 years. She was a daughter of Isaac ST. CLAIR, formerly of this place, and is survived by her husband. MISCELLANEOUS Anna M. BURGESS gets a divorce from Henry B. BURGESS if she pays costs. Martin J. CAMERON, now a resident of Oregon and a brother of Dr. CAMERON, of Cherrytree, has been taken with the Klondyke fever and will leave for that country in the spring. Frank KECK, of McKeesport, is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Solomon KECK, of the First ward. Miss Laura BARCLAY, of Muscatine, Iowa, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. S. G. HARTMAN, of the Fourth ward. Mrs. Julia A. LEWIS, of the First ward, spent Sunday with her daughter, Mrs. J. F. CUMMINS, of Blairsville. Mrs. JACOBY, widow of the late William JACOBY, of the First ward, is critically ill. She is suffering from paralysis. She is now in her 93rd year. Her sons William and Henry are giving her every attention. One day last week while Frank GIBSON was returning from the home of his father-in-law, J. C. SPEEDY, in Rayne township, his buggy was upset and he suffered a broken leg. He drove too close to a fence, with the result above mentioned.
