Pugh, both of Anchorage, Alaska, were united in marriage in a recent double-ring ceremony at the First Presbyterian Church, Anchorage. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Linda Lloyd of Indiana. The groom is the son of Debbie Pugh of Eagle River, Alaska, and Donna and Alien Pugh of Anchorage. Pastor Hallack Greider officiated, and music was proved by Robert Lloyd, oboe player, and Linda Lloyd, pianist. The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She wore a long-sleeved, V-neck white gown with a long train. Her headpiece was a wreath with tiny pink and white flowers. She carried a I~uquet of pink roses and stephanotis with pearls and baby's breath. The matron of honor was Debra Klein-Bost of Anchorage. Bridesmaids were Jamie Walker, Anchorage; and Laura Lloyd, cousin of the bride, Anchorage. The flower girl was Sarah Whealy of Anchorage. Best man was Robert Walker, cousin of the groom, Anchorage. The groomsmen and ushers were Byron Boquist and Eric Murphy, both of Anchorage; Roger Myers, Portland, Ore.; and Jeremy Lloyd, Townsend, Tenn., brother of the bride. The ring bearer was Michael Jones of Anchorage. A reception followed the ceremony at the Northern Lights Hotel in Anchorage. An open house reception was held at the home of the bride's parents in Indiana on July 12. The couple honeymooned in the Poconb Mountains in Pennsylvania. The bride is a 1988 graduate of Indiana Senior High School and a 1992 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She is employed as a first grade teacher at Ptarmigan Elementary School, Anchorage. The groom is a 1990 graduate of Bartlett High School in Anchorage. In 1995 he earned a bachelor of education degree in elementary education with a minor in psychology from the University of Anchorage.
