The last will and testament of Denton Mobley of Green Twp, Indiana County...first, I give unto my son Samuel Mobley the one half of the place I live on, with one half of the house and furniture and bed and beding; second, I give unto my son George Mobley the one half of the farm live on with one half of the household & kitchen furniture & the one half of the bed and bedng at my decease, the whole property willed is to remain inmy possession nto mydeath & forth aforesaid willed property my sons Samuel and George Mobley is to give me a decent living & funeral; third, I give to my daughter susanna $1.00; fourth, I give to daughter Sarah $1.00; Fifth, I give unto my son Thomas $1.00; 6th I give unto daughter Catharine $1.00; Seventh, I give unto my son Peter $1.00; Eighth, I give unto my son William $1.00; Nineth, I give unto my son John $1.00; Tenth, I give unto my son Denton $1.00. Of all and singular the Goods and Chattels, Rights and credits which were of Denton Mobley late of the township of Green in the county of Indiana, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, deceased, at the time of his death. Inidana County, SS. We, George W. Smith, Lewis Armstrong, & Wm Templetorn --Hazlet do swear by Almight God, the searcher of all hearts, that we will well and truly, and without prejudice or partiality, value and appraise the Goods, Chattels and Credits of Denton Mobley late of Green township, Indiana county, deceased, and in all respects perform our duty as appraiser to the best of our skill and judgement, and that as we shall answer to God at the Great Day.
