Peelor Beatty, of the Borough of Blairsville, County of Indiana, and State of Pennsylvania , being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament , hereby revoking any and all wills at any time by me heretofore made. First, my will is, and I hereby direct , that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor and executors hereinafter named as soon after my decease as by them shall be found convenient. Second, I authorize my executor and executors hereinafter named , and I hereby direct them to borrow from the Blairsville Building and Loan Association a sufficient sum of money to satisfy and pay all claims or liens against the property in and on which I now reside, and for securing the repayment of any money borrowed by them from said Building and Loan Association , to give to the Association aforesaid, a mortgage on the property which I now occupy, or such other security as may be requested. Third. It is my will and I direct that my executor or executors shall continue after my death the payment of dues on the five shares of stock which I now hold in the Building and Loan Association aforesaid, and in case they borrow money from said Association shall pay promptly the interest on the amount borrowed as required by the rules and bi-laws of the Association. And it is my will, and I direct that my estate shall be so settled and arranged that the only debt or claim against it shall be the amount borrowed from the Blairsville Building and Loan Association. Forethwith , and I direct my executor and exectrix to sell and convey all real estate of which I may die seized or any interest that I may have in Real Estate excepting the premisis which I now occupy which I do not wish sold. Sale to be made publicly or privately as to them may seem most advantageous. And as to my estate and all property of which I may die seized , whether real , personal, or mixed, I give and devise the whole and every part thereof to my beloved wife, Martha S, Beatty for and during her life, and the revision or remainder of the same after the death of my wife, to my daughter, Emma Beatty, now an infant, and her heirs and assigns forever And I constitute my friend , Lewis Frick executor, and my beloved wife, Martha S, Beatty, executrix of this my last will and testament In testimony whereof, I, the said Peelor Beatty, have to this, my last will and testament, written on one sheet of paper. have subscribed my name and have affixed my seal this fifth day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Two D. Peelor Beatty Signed,sealed, published, and declared by the said Peelor Beatty as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence , and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto William A. Sweeney and Saul Lyon Indiana County S.S. Be it remembered that on this tenth day of February, A.D. 1873, before me, B.J. McCluskey , Deputy Register for the Probate of wiils and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County, was duly proved and approved the foregoing instrument of writing as and for the last will and testament of D. Peelor Beatty, desc., by the oaths of William A. Sweeney and Saul Lyon, the subscribing witnesses thereto. Same day, letters of testamentary issued to Lewis E. Frick and Marttha S. Beatty , the executors of said will named, they having first been sworn, according to law B.J.cCluskey, Deputy Register.
