Wills Probated
The will of Frank Stewart, late of Cherryhill township, was filed February 13 
1901. He devises to his wife $300 and interest on real estate for life or 
until remarriage. The remainder is devised in equal shares to his children, 
Mrs James W. Robinson, Mrs George E. Lose and James M. Stewart, they to pay to 
his grandson James W. Moorehead $100. The estate bequeathed to his wife 
reverts to his children at her death. A.J. Stewart, George E. Lose and James 
W. Robinson are appointed executors. The will is dated January 13 1897.
