Harris I, Henry T. Harris of the City of Johnstown, County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, herby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made; First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged as soon as may be after my decease. Second, I give, devise and bequeath all my estate real, personal and mixed to my bellowed wife Elizabeth An Harris, to have and to hold the same for and during the period of her m=natural life, upon the condition however that she my said wife shall and will care for and maintain my son Gomer Harris for and during the term of her natural life in a manner suitable to her estate; and at and immediately upon the death of my said beloved wife Elizabeth Ann Harris I direct that my estate, real, personal and mixed be divided in the manner following, to wit: I give and bequeath to my daughter Annie intermarried with W. W. Miller the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as her full share in my estate and I hereby discharge the said W. W. Miller, the husband of my said daughter Annie from the payment of all obligations due from him the said W. W. Miller to me. As to the rest and residue of my estate real, personal and mixed, I direct that the same be divided into three equal share, one of which shares I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Edith intermarried with Edward Ingram; one other share I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Sarah intermarried with Samuel W. Griffith and one share I give devise and bequeath to my hereinafter named executors in Inst nevertheless for the support and maintenance of my son Gomer Harris. Third, I appoint and nominate my son-in-law Samuel W. Griffith and my friend Evan A. Lloyd to be the executors of this my last will and testament, written on two sheets of paper with a typewriter, and each page thereof being signed in my name by the making of my mark. David Lloyd, one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament, who being duly sworn according to law, does depose and say that he was present and saw and heard Henry T. Harris, the within-named testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of his knowledge, observation and belief. Watkins and A. Lloyd Adams, who being duly sworn according to law, say that they were well acquainted with Daniel Crofford, late a resident of Johnstown, in the County aforesaid, who was one of the subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of Henry R. Harris, late of said County, deceased; that they are familiar with the handwriting of said Daniel Crofford, having frequently seen him write his own name as well as other matters; that the said Daniel Crofford is now in Florida as last known; that they have carefully examined the signature of Daniel Crofford to the aforesaid last will and testament dated the 20th day of May AD 1905, and they verify believe the same to be in the own proper handwriting of said Daniel Crofford.
