Patterson (lawyer) and also my part of an estate coming through David McPherson's hands: but that now in the hands of Lawyer James M. Patterson is to come to me through the estate of Joseph and John McPherson, together with all the personal property that I possess. I witness constitue make and ordain Robert Thompson and Alexander Patterson the Executors of this my Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal.this twenty ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four.
