We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ______________________________________________________________ Will Proven: Will Probated April 30, 1878 Will Book 4 Page 477 I, Isabella Beatty of Burrell Township, County of Indiana, being in feeble health of body, but of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner following: And first I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses and proving this, my will, be in the first place be fully paid and every part thereof, and after payment of the same, I give and bequeath to my son, Albert C. Beatty, all the rest and residue of my estate whatever that might be owing to me at the time of my decease, either in money or what may be due owing or coming in any way, or whereever either at the time of my decease, or thereafter, I, the testative have hereby set my hand and seal this 4th day of March, 1878 Signed and sealed by the testative , Isabella Beatty, in our presence and in the presence of each other, and who, by her request, have inscribed our names this 5th day of March, 1878 Isabella Beatty Archibald Davis and John Sloan
