I John Fisher being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, as follows, I will that as soon as convenient after my decease, that my funeral expenses, all my just debts and all reasonable charges touching this my last will and testament so fully paid and satisfied and to meet the same I decree my personal property to be sold by my Executor. I further direct my executor to sell my Real Estate containing seventy five acres more or less adjoining lands of James Knabb, Charles Mitchel, John Bowers and others. To my wife, Elizabeth I will three hundred dollars which is in lieu of dower. To my son Harvey Fisher I will one dollar, to my daughter Mary intermarried with Edward Kellar I will one dollar, to my daughter Alice intermarried with Levi Fry I will one dollar and the remainder after the payment of debts and the above mentioned dower and legacies I will to my son Jacob Fisher. And I hereby nominate constitute and approve my friend Frederick Cameron to be Executor of this my last will and testament. In testamony where of I do hereby set my hand and seal the 15th day of December 1886. Indiana County Be it remembered that on the 20th day of May 1887 before me Deputy Register of Wills in and for said County was duly proved and approved the foregoing instrument of writing as and for the last will and testament of John Fisher who died January 27, 1887 at 3:00 pm by the oathes of John D Paige and J H Chapman subscribing witnesses thereto. And now, to wit August 12, 1887 Letters of Administation of Testatment on said estate granted to Jacob C Fisher he having given bond to the Commonwealth in the sum of $150 with J H Chapman and Daniel Brinkley as security, (Frederick Cameron Executor in said will named having renounced his right to act) same last mentioned day sworn according to law.
