I, James Caldwell, of the Township of East Mahoning, County of Indiana, and State of Pennsylvania, being in sound mind, memory and understanding, , thanks be to Almighty God for the same, , and knowing the uncertaity of life, and the certainty of death, I make and publish this, my last will and testament , in manner and form as follows: After my funeral expenses and all my just debts are paid, I give, divest, and bequeath to my beloved wife, Isabell, during her natural life, the entire use and control or occupancy of my farm. I also give and bequeath to her all my farming implements of whatever character.Also my horses and cattle , or stock of any kind which I may be the owner of at my death. And also I give and bequeath all the money or bonds in my possession at my death I hereby appoint and constitute my wife and John P. Martin as my executors of this, my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I, James Caldwell, have to this, my last will and testament, set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of April in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Three James Caldwell Signed, sealed and published and declared by the said James Caldwell to be his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request , and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.Names unreadable By an article of agreement, dated September 11, 1924, the children of James and Isabell Caldwell equitably agreed to divide the estate, and to support their mother during her lifetime.
