We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ I, Robert Beatty, of Armstrong Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania considering the uncertainty of mortal life and being of sound mind , do hereby make and publish this, my last will and testament, as follows. viz: First. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Elizabeth Harbison, my farm situate in Armstrong Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, to her, the said Elizabeth Harbison, her heirs and assigns forever on the following conditions, that the said Elizabeth Harbison shall pay unto each of my other children , namely Mary Ann Thompson, and Sarah Douthit , and William Beatty the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) each., to be paid yearly, commencing with the oldest. And further, that the said Elizabeth Harbison shall pay to my three grand children, Robert Hazard Cunningham, William Cunningham, and Elizabeth Cunningham the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to be equally divided between them and to be paid in one year after son William bequest becomes due. And my will is that all my just debts, funeral expenses be paid out of my cash on hand, and if there is any remaining , my will is that it , and all my other personal property of whatsoever name or kind shall be equally divided among my three children above named., Mary Ann , Sarah , and William. And I do hereby appoint David Anthony my lawful executor to carry this, my last will and testament into effect, hereby revoking all other wills by me made.
