  Description: "All that certain Lot piece or parcel of land, lying being and Situate in 
  the township of Winslow. Jefferson County. Bounded and described as follows, to
  wit: Beginning at a White Pine thence by land of J. C. Jordon North one degree
  East One hundred and thirty-five perches to a Hickory,  thence by land sold to
  John Couch and I. B. Poor South Eightynine degrees East One hundred and forty
  five and a half perches to a Stonepile; Thence by land of H. Shafer South one
  degree west one hundred and thirtyfive perches to a hemlock; thence by land of
  I. Couch and I.B. Poor named aforesaid North Eighty-nine degrees West one
  hundred and forty-five and a half perches to the place of beginning being part
  of a larger tract of land Surveyed upon warrant granted to Timothy Pickering &
  Co and numbered 125. said lot containing One hundred and fifteen acres and one
  hundred and thirty-eight perches and allowance of Six per cent for roads &c..."
