Date: 9 April 1868 Grantors: Frederick Kuhnley and Catherine Kuhnly, his wife, Jacob Kuhnly and Catherine Kuhnly, his wife, of Henderson (formerly Gaskill) Twp., Jefferson Co., Pennsylvania Grantee: Henry Brown of Bell Township, Jefferson Co., Pa. Consideration: $ 3500.00 Description: "...All that certain piece parcel or tract of land situate lying and being in said Township of Henderson (Formerly Gaskill) County of Jefferson State of Pennsylvania Bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at an ash thence by land surveyed to Johnathan B Smith South one hundred and sixty perches to a beech thence by land of Gotleib and Godfried Keller West one hundred and twenty four perches to a post thence by land of Elizabeth Dickey North one hundred and sixty perches to a post thence by land surveyed to Timothy Pickering Co East one hundred and twenty four perches to a post place of beginning Containing one hundred and seventeen acres more or less & allowances being had of land Conveyed to Thomas White and Catherine B. White his wife by them all in tact [sic; should read "by their attorney in fact"] T. J.
