Jefferson County Deed Book 66:419, Office of the Recorder, Courthouse, Brookville, Pennsylvania. Date: 6 April 1869 Grantors: Andrew Kuhnley and Anna C. Kuhnley, his wife, of Henderson Twp., Jefferson Co., Pennsylvania Grantee: Henry Hilliard of the Borough of Big Run, Jefferson Co., Pa. Consideration: $ 1150.00 Description: "...All those Two Lots or tracts pieces or parcels of land Situate lying and being in Henderson Township Jefferson County State of Pennsylvania Bounded and described as follows to Wit: 1st Beginning at a Hem- lock Corner of a larger tract of which this is a part. thence west 53. perches to a stone heap. thence by land of Godfry Keller North 160 perches to Hemlock. thence by land of Frederick Kuhnley East 53 perches to a Beech. thence South 160 perches to the place of Beginning Containing Fifty (50) Acres and allowance of Six per cent for roads & being part of larger tract Patented to Jonathan Sergent on warrant No. 319. afterwards vested in Thomas White & Chatharine B.M. his wife who conveyed to Obediah Everhart by Deed dated 11 August 1833, who conveyed to Godfried Keller and, by said Godfried Keller & Wife to John Keller and by said John Keller to Andrew Keller [sic: should read Kuhnley] the grantor herein=second All that certain piece of land Situate as aforesaid bounded as follows begining [sic] at a post on North-East Corner thence East 53. perches to Hemlock thence South along lands of Godfried Keller 160 perches to a stone. thence west along lands of Brown 53. perches to a stone thence North along lands Now owned by H. Brown 160 perches to the place of Beginning Containning [sic] (50) Fifty Acres and allowance of Six per cent for roads Conveyed by Thomas White & Wife to Andrew Kuhnley by Deed bearing date the sixth day of May A.D. 1865 refference [sic] thereto being had will more fully and at large appear..." Signed: Andrew Kuhnley and Katharina Kuhnley Consideration received in full the date of the indenture; signed by Andrew Kuhnley; witnessed by Wm Earl and H.C. Campbell On 6 April 1869 Andrew and Anna C. Kuhnley appeared in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, before Wm Earl, Justice of the Peace, and acknowledged the indenture to be their act and deed. Anna C.
