Swab, et al To James Hicks This Indenture, Made the Third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Nine hundred and one. Between Flora A. Swab & husband, of the Borough of Falls Creek, Jefferson County State of Pennsylvania, Parties of the first part and James Hicks, of Warsaw Tp. Jefferson County State of Pennsylvania party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty one hundred and fifty Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, well and truly paid by the said party of the second part to the said parties of the first part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that certain lot, or piece of land situate and lying in the borough of Falls Creek Jefferson County State of Pennsylvania, Bounded and described as follows to wit: Known as lot No Twenty (20) as per Fuller & Taplor's addition to Falls creek being Fifty feet wide on the South Side of Main St. by one hundred and fifty feet deep to an alley and fifty feet wide on said alley, Bounded North by Main St. East by third St. South by an alley, West by lot No Nineteen. Being the same lot conveyed to Flora A. Swab by J. P. Taylor and wife, Deed dated March 3rd A.D. 1898 and recorded in Brookville, Pa. in the office for recording Deeds in Deed Book Vol. 79 Page 409, reference thereto the same will appear Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also, all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of the said parties of the first part, of in to or out of the said premises and every part and parcel thereof lot. To have and to Hold the said premises, with all and singular the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said parties of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Flora A. Swab & husband their heirs, executors and administrators do by these presents convenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first part their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against the said parties of the first part, and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will, by these presents, Warrant and Forever Defend. Swab State of Pennsylvania } SS County of Jefferson } On the 3rd day of December in the year one thousand nine hundred and one, before me the subscriber, a Notary Public in and for said County came the above named Flora A. Swab and A. A. Swab, her husband and did adknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such: and the said Flora A. Swab being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me examined, and the full contents of said Indenture being first by me made Known to her declared upon such separate examination that she did voluntarily, and of her own free will and accord, sign, seal and as her act and deed deliver the said Indenture without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
