  [Abstract of Deed]
  
  On 22 April 1902, Flora A. Swab and her husband of Falls Creek deeded to Henry 
  A. Swab of Reynoldsville a 50' X 150' parcel, Lot 15 of the Fullers Adition to 
  Falls Creek, located on the North side of Main St.  This lot was previously 
  deeded to Flora A. Swab by Alexander Snedden 20 December 1899 and recorded in 
  Book 85 Page 30.  Price $1,500.
  
  Additional Comments:
  The price suggests that the lot had improvements.  Flora's husband was Adam 
  Alvin Swab. Henry A. Swab was a brother of Adam Alvin Swab. Recorded in 
  Jefferson County Courthouse in Deed Book 94 Page 464.
