  Titian J Coffey [Coffee]"

  Description:
  "...all that certain Tract or parcel of land 
  situate in Gaskell [sic] Township Jefferson County  Beginning at an Ash Thence by land surveyed to
  Johnathan B Smith one hundred and Sixty perches to Beech thence by land of Gottlieb &  Gottfurdt Keller 
  west one hundred and twenty four perches to a post Thence by land of Elizabeth  Dickey North one hundred 
  and sixty perches to Post and thence by land surveyed to Timothy Pickering & Co East one hundred and twenty 
  four perches to the Beginning  Containing one hundred and seventeen acres more
  or less & allowance [&c (tight binding hides text)] 
  Being part of a larger tract surveyed on Warrant to Johnathan D Sergeant No 319 and patented 
  to said Jonathan D Sergeant whose executor conveyed the same to the said Thomas White in fee as
  by Reference to said Deed Recorded in the Recorders office in and for Jefferson County will 
  more fully and at large appear..."
