Mrs. Clara E. Cochran, a life-long resident of Punxsutawney, died in the Adrian
Hospital, Tuesday evening, after a ten-day illness. Born January 3, 1873, in
Mahaffey, a daughter of Jacob B. and Adeline Smith Neff, the deceased was united
in marriage to George S. Cochran on October 5, 1897. She was a member of the
Evangelical United Brethren Church. Funeral services will be held in the
Morrison Funeral Home, Punxsutawney, Friday afternoon, at 2:00 o'clock, Rev. H.
G. Reese officiating. Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery at Cloe.
