Some time ago, Mr. Trego had an operation performed for a growth on his nose which resulted in a bone cancer causing his death. About six years ago, Mr. Trego sold his farm in Juniata county and moved to Tyrone, locating on West Washington avenue. He resided here over a year and was employed as a clerk in Mock & Fleck's grocery store on Tenth street. He grew tired of town life and moved back to Juniata county where he died. He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, Nancy Woodside Trego, and one son, Foster. He was a cousin of Theodore Shirk and of P. J. Trego, of Tyrone. The funeral occurred on Sunday afternoon at McCullough's Mills, Juniata county. Tyrone Herald, Tyrone, Pa., January 7, 1909
